It all started with a synth, a drum machine and a reel-to-reel tape deck in a dark corner of suburbia in 1983. The tech wizard was Paul, the musician was Geoff, the legacy a box full of TDK D90s no one ever heard.
Since then there has been a record deal, four kids, the Acid House generation, careers, a brief encounter with the outer limits of the top 40, and loads more music no one heard.
The Transistor Brothers still write their own tracks, but are currently performing their unique electronic dance versions of classic pop songs – plugged in, switched on and clubbed to death.
